All our products are warranted for one year against manufacturing defects.
All our products are subject to a 100% final quality control and get marked with “OK” stickers before dispatch.
The returned unit and repair kit packets should not be opened. In case of any complaint, please send us the information printed on the labels and let us make the necessary investigations.
Any products that are damaged or broken during the operation time will not be accepted.
Any remanufactured products will not be accepted.
Any products that are damaged because of other malfunctioning objects on the vehicle will not be accepted.
Any products that are extremely dirty, dusty and/or oily will not be accepted.
Any products that do not contain the MirTec label will not be accepted. Please check if the products that are to be returned have the Mirtec label.
Please inform and send us the “Return Reason Report” of the faulty products before shipping us the goods.
The customer will stock the faulty products until getting the permission from MirTec for return.
We extremely request our customers to pay attention to the above mentioned matters.
